What is the current rate for wind generated power companies to pay a farmer for research time per acre as well as lease rate for after construction and generation of power has started?

Let's say I had a totally self-sufficient solar and wind powered house. And I heated my house to 80 degrees in the winter, cooled to 60 degrees in the summer, always had my lights on, refrigerator had a leaky seal, etc. etc.
